What are the advantages of apartment stay compare to hotel rooms?

Number one is Price - you get a spacious apartment with a private bathroom and kitchen for 50-70% less than a small room in downtown hotel. And as you can see from the map of Kiev - 90% of our Kiev apartments are right in downtown of Kiev, just minutes away from all major attractions.

Number two is Privacy - nobody disturb you when you stay in our apartment. You feel like at home when you can whatever you want when you want. No long registration process for you or your guests. No application forms and no questions asked, as long as nothing is broken.

Number three is Feeling of Ukrainian Culture - when you rent our apartment you stay close to local people, get a feeling of real Ukraine and its friendly people; it's nothing close to staying in a hotel where rooms and service people are the same all over the world. So you stay close to Ukrainian culture and at the same time you don't have to worry about any shortages - almost all of our apartments have autonomous water supply and heating. And many of them equipped with Air-conditioners or climate control devices.

And sure we have to mention our fast and friendly Support Service. Our people are working around the clock to make your stay as comfortable as possible. That's why more than 80% of our clients prefer to stay in private apartments and we have many clients who've been using our tour services in Ukraine, Russia or Moldova more than 3 times for the last years.

What are the payment arrangements?

To make a reservation you have to make a deposit for the first night of your stay in a particular apartment. The balance you pay upon checking in. Deposit can be made by credit card via PayPal Secure payment form, by bank wire, personal check or via Western Union. 

Cancellation Policy: 

1st night stay fee - non refundable after confirmation 4 days or more prior to arrival
$100 + 1 night hotel/apartment  3 days or less prior to arrival

What services are included in the rental price?

We always clean apartments before client's arrival and put clean sheets, towels and kitchen towels. Sure you'll have toilet paper and soap. Weekly cleaning service is included, but you can always order a daily maid service for extra charge.

What about Internet, Phone calls and Cell phones?

Clients who bring their notebooks can always get a dial-up connection from their apartments (some apartments have high-speed Internet access). And you can always get fast-speed Internet at the nearest Internet-cafe. Usually it's just 1-2 minutes walk and $1/hour charge. All our apartment have phones and you can get local or international calls. Local calls are free. Also you can buy phone cards to make International calls from your apartment. Because of a different Standard your cell phone won't work in Ukraine, but you can always rent a cell phone from any cell phone company in Ukraine ($5/day).

How many persons can stay in apartment we rent? Is there any additional fee?

There is no extra charge for your guests as long as additional beds are not required, but you have to realize that you are responsible for any damage that your guests can do to apartment you rent. Extra blankets can be provided with no additional fee.  

What do we have to do in case of flight/train delay?

Our check-in managers have 24/7 phone numbers and you can always call one of our contact numbers to inform about your delay.   

How do we find the apartment?

We always recommend our clients to use our drivers on the way from Kiev Boryspol Airport or Train Station (drivers meet our clients with a board). We charge $25-45 USD for a car transfer depending on the location, time and number of passengers. Also you can get to your apartment by a regular taxi, as you'll have apartment address and our detailed directions. Keep in mind that for 1-3 day rent we charge $15 check-in fee for day arrivals, $25 for late evening arrivals (9 - 11 pm.) For night arrivals (11 pm - 6 am) car transfer from Boryspol Airport or Kiev Train Station is mandatory (our driver will have the keys). 

Where are we supposed to eat?

You can go to the nearest supermarket (there are many 24/7 supermarkets in downtown) and get whatever you want for quite low price and cook at your kitchen (then you spend no more than $20/day for 3 meals). Or you can go to the nearest café/restaurant where each meal will cost you about $25-40 USD/person.

What if we change plans and decide to make our visit to Kiev shorter or longer?

Very often our clients visit other Ukrainian/Russian cities before/after visiting Kiev. That's why we are used to help clients with last minute changes (and we can always help clients to cut their losses, as we have offices in 15 other cities of Ukraine & Russia and can book any services there very fast).
